We are about 30 good people in our London office, and you will also have over 330 great colleagues across 7 offices in 5 countries. Our offices are in London, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Stockholm, and Oslo.
Over the past year, we have made a significant shift towards expanding our event portfolio, recognising the value of engaging, in-person and virtual experiences to connect with our audience and partners. This strategic focus has been driven by the success of our previous events, such as those seen on Business Online and Novicell Suite Talk, which have shown us the power of bringing people together to share knowledge, network, and grow. As a result, we have planned an exciting lineup of 11 events for 2025, spanning various formats and themes, and we are committed to making each of them a memorable experience. To support this ambitious plan, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled events professional who can help us bring these events to life, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards. Backed by the internal marketing team our goals have grown even more ambitiously as we look to further our reach into the US Market, where we look to host 4 of the 11 events. Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the marketing manager
- Take Ownership for planning and coordination of a range of events (conferences, webinars, workshops, etc.). This is both internal & external events.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and catering arrangements.
- Promote events via email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
- Help create marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and online content, to promote upcoming events.
- Responsible for post-event activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage event registrations, communications, and follow-ups with attendees.
- Monitor event trends and help generate new ideas to improve event impact and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience (internships, placements, or part-time work included).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with event management software (such as Eventbrite or HubSpot).
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating promotional materials.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, or PR.
