Our project managers are the backbone of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From scoping workshops to managing web development projects, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope.
About Us
Novicell is a full-service digital consultancy with over 400 colleagues across 5 offices (including Barcelona, Madrid, Aarhus, Copenhagen and London).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing creative and web development projects from start to finish
- Being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Planning and managing resources based on project requirements
- Participating in scoping and technical workshops with clients
- Collaborating with the Account Management team to maintain client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager (experience with CMS-oriented technologies like Umbraco or Sitecore is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of agile processes
- Experience in a consultancy environment and a passion for delivering impactful solutions for clients
- A methodical approach to project management with the ability to break down complex business cases into actionable project plans
- Proficiency in using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
- The ability to maintain a balance between a commercial and technical perspective while staying focused on the key details of the project
